This was our third stay here and as always, we found the home comfortable, peaceful and spotlessly clean. House had everything we needed and is a pleasant 15-minute drive to Granville which made it very easy to visit our student at Denison U. Host is extremely responsive. Would gladly return again!

Ben's place was fantastic for my family to use while we visited family. The first floor was spacious enough for our oldest to run around and explore but not big enough that we could ever lose him in the chaos. Ben's place is decorated well without having a bunch of items that could cause issues for kids which is an added plus when staying somewhere for a week.
the place was great, and he even left us to-go coffee cups which was a great added touch!

Host and house were amazing. It’s just far enough away from Columbus that it’s nice and peaceful but close enough where it’s not a long drive if you have to conduct business within the city. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone.

We came to town for the Arnold Fitness Expo. This house was great, calm and peaceful setting not too far from the Expo Center. We had a great time and enjoyed the location

We loved relaxing at this location. Great place and great host. Such a peaceful place and it was perfect for a night away. We will definitely stay here again next time we are near.

Came into town for just an overnight stay to visit a haunted house and a museum. House was perfectly located and was just as described. Host was proactive with communication so there were no questions about location, check-in, or amenities of the unit.

I absolutely loved it here.. we had a girls weekend and did not want to leave. Very beautiful and peaceful! Owners were very nice and helpful with any questions I had and responded pretty quickly! I would DEFINITELY come back again!!!

We had a nice stay at this cute little farmhouse. Loved the view of the corn fields and the sunrise. Ben was kind and very responsive. We would stay here again.

I booked this house to visit my daughter at Denison. I had a few questions about the kitchen amenities prior to arriving and Benjamin was very responsive and even took pics so I could see what was available to use. The house was comfortable and with 3 bedrooms had plenty of space for everyone to have some privacy.

Two friends and myself bought a hotel for our work trip that felt unsafe. The host was very responsive and very helpful. He got us checked in immediately which made this work trip very easy to handle. Everything was clean and the house had everything you needed. Great place to stay. Definitely rebooking next time we are out here for work. My wife thought it was the cutest place ever. Gonna stay here when we vacation out here soon!
