It was a nice place to stay while we were in town for a music festival. Everything was clean despite it being an older farm house. It is off of a main road so there is traffic noise but obviously no fault of the house itself. Other than that it was a clean peaceful and private place to come back to at the end of the night and recharge! Would absolutely stay again if I'm in town again.

Great stay in the country but close to a lot! We stayed at Benjamin’s place for graduation weekend at Denison. It was perfect for our family of 4. 15 mins from campus, clean, peaceful, and space to enjoy each other’s company. Highly Recommend!

In addition to communicating ahead of time with recommendations, the host was truly quick to respond. We arrived in the dark, and it was harder to read the house numbers, but he responded quickly with help to identify the house! Which was great with kids in the car ready for bed. The layout of the house could not have been more perfect for our family to have space for each of our needs. We traveled with an infant and two young children, and everyone had a space so that they weren't disrupting each other. The house is easily reachable, near the highway, but in a neighborhood, so it wasn't noisy. The older children loved the big room with games. It was very satisfactory. We were visiting family for an event, so we didn't even get a chance to enjoy everything offered, like yard space to run around out back. This is a great place hosted by friendly, helpful people. I would definitely recommend and definitely stay again!

Benjamin has a well updated home with quality appliances and fixtures. He is an attentive host who deserves praise and welcomes suggestions. Our stay was great and would recommend it to others.

We stayed here while out of town for work in the area. Place was very nice and clean. Was really great to be able to use a full kitchen with everything included as if it was my own home. Everything about the stay was nice, simple, and easy.

Our trip was amazing from start to finish. The home looked just like the pictures. The vibe is quiet and if you’re looking for a dedicated workspace you’ll love the office area. The home is close to restaurants, and shopping. Ben and Tania are great host. They are responsive, kind and friendly. We will definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place in Pataskala! The home was the perfect size for us, and honestly the pictures on Airbnb didn’t do it justice. From the moment we walked in, it felt like stepping into our own home—warm, cozy, and full of thoughtful personal touches. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the appliances were all updated and easy to use. The location was also very convenient, especially for getting to John Glenn Airport and into Columbus. Ben was a great host with excellent communication throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

We absolutely loved staying at Benjamin’s place—it felt like coming home the moment we walked in! The check-in was super easy and seamless, but what really stood out was how warm, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming the space felt, even though we were traveling. The apartment is beautifully decorated in such a stylish yet cozy way that I actually left with a few fresh ideas for my own home. Everything is thoughtfully put together, clean, and peaceful—perfect for unwinding and truly resting after a day out exploring. Benjamin is an exceptional host: he responds lightning-fast, is incredibly helpful, and goes out of his way to make sure everything is just right. I booked this house to visit my daughter at Denison. I had a few questions about the kitchen amenities prior to arriving and Benjamin was very responsive and even took pics so I could see what was available to use. The house was comfortable and with 3 bedrooms had plenty of space for everyone to have some privacy.
