This was our third stay here and as always, we found the home comfortable, peaceful and spotlessly clean. House had everything we needed and is a pleasant 15-minute drive to Granville which made it very easy to visit our student at Denison U. Host is extremely responsive. Would gladly return again!

I booked this house to visit my daughter at Denison. I had a few questions about the kitchen amenities prior to arriving and Benjamin was very responsive and even took pics so I could see what was available to use. The house was comfortable and with 3 bedrooms had plenty of space for everyone to have some privacy.

Two friends and myself bought a hotel for our work trip that felt unsafe. The host was very responsive and very helpful. He got us checked in immediately which made this work trip very easy to handle. Everything was clean and the house had everything you needed. Great place to stay. Definitely rebooking next time we are out here for work. My wife thought it was the cutest place ever. Gonna stay here when we vacation out here soon!
